Megan Reid
As Vice President, Client Management for Social Security Advocates for the Disabled (SSAD), Ms. Reid leads SSAD’s client management efforts including program implementation and periodic process reviews. She plays a vital role in the development and management of our specialized technologies and she is focused on designing service delivery models to meet specific client needs while improving efficiency and enhancing the quality of SSAD’s overall service.
Ms. Reid has extensive Social Security Disability Insurance and LTD integration experience. She joined The Social Security Law Group in 2001, and migrated to SSAD in 2011. She has held a variety of operational and management roles. Since 2006, she has been responsible for the entire Client Services Department; she has cultivated a team consisting of highly qualified Account Managers and Client Service Representatives, enabling the smooth delivery of service on an accurate, timely and consistent basis.
Ms. Reid is a member of the New England Claim Association.
