Seth G. Matthews
Mr. Matthews is the Vice President, Legal Services for Social Security Advocates for the Disabled (SSAD). He has extensive Social Security disability experience and manages the legal operations and attorney staff of The Social Security Law Group (SSLG). SSLG represents insureds in all phases of the Social Security disability claim process, from initial claim to federal court. As a key contributor, Mr. Matthews acts as a liaison between SSAD and SSLG to ensure that claimants receive top quality legal representation in their pursuit of SSDI benefits. Mr. Matthews is a member of the company’s senior leadership team, provides strategic insight, and is instrumental in the development and refinement of corporate policy, operational procedures and long-term planning initiatives within both organizations.
Mr. Matthews continues representing clients at disability hearings and has attended approximately 700 Social Security hearings throughout the U. S. In 2001, he established our Dallas office, managing the office for two years.
Mr. Matthews began his legal career with Hamill & Gray, LLP, focusing primarily on civil litigation and real estate law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
