Shared Resources Administrator

Under the general supervision of the Director of Client Services, the Shared Resources Administrator provides consistent administrative support to the Client Services Team. The Administrator processes all outgoing and incoming representation forms. They create and establish files for new “onboard” cases, process weekly queries and hearing office update calls and complete on-line filings. The Administrator ensures data integrity in WebCheck®, our online claim management system. They request medical records and/or questionnaires and engage in follow-ups on pending requests.

Qualified candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of one year administrative and/or customer service experience.
