Law Clerk
Under the direction of the Managing Attorney, the Law Clerk performs legal research and case preparation, reviews and prepares medical evidence to be sent to the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR). The Clerk also prepares pre-hearing letters, memorandum and on-the-record (OTR) briefs to be submitted to U.S. Administrative Law Judges.
Qualified candidates must be second or third year law students with law school GPAs of 3.0 or better. Preferred candidates will produce a significant writing sample or examples of meaningful participations in their school’s Law Review.
