Customer Care Associate

Under the general supervision of the Director of Client Services, the Customer Care Associate performs customer service related responsibilities surrounding the intake process. They assist claimants in completion of necessary initial claim and appeal paperwork to ensure required forms are accurate. The Customer Care Associate follows up on all representative forms sent to claimants. They contact claimants for the return of necessary initial paperwork after introductory packet and queries have been processed.

Qualified candidates will possess and Associate’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
