Client Services Representative

Under the direction of the Account Manager, the Client Service Representative acts as a primary point of contact, guiding an assigned portfolio of claimants from intake through all levels of the SSDI adjudication process. CSRs order medical records and all related supporting reports from medical treatment sources to initiate and maintain current case profiles for claimant files. Also, document all communication in WebCheck®, our online client case management system. CSRs explain key concepts, complete appeal paperwork and conduct interviews to ensure accurate flow of information to the file. They communicate routinely with the Social Security Administration during the adjudication process to make certain that the proper administrative process is followed and pertinent information is sent to the SSA in a timely manner. The CSR continually prepares for complete file to transition through the hearing level, and proactively communicates with assigned hearing attorneys concerning issues that arise during file preparation.

Qualified candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years customer service experience.
